Parish Profile Part 2
SECTION 1: LEADERSHIP QUALITIES OF A NEW RECTOR

Section 1 was designed for Parishioners to rank the leadership qualities that would be desirable for a new Rector. For each question, two statements were provided that illustrated opposite styles of leadership. Parishioners selected a single response that represented their strong, moderate or slight agreement of the statement that most represented their desired leadership quality in a Rector. The numbers shown in the tables are the total number of parishioners who selected each response.

SECTION 2: SKILLS OF A RECTOR
Parishioner responses to Section 2 were of two sets:

(1)   The first set of responses (“Type 1 Responses”) had only the six most important Rector qualities ranked from 1 to 6, with a 1 representing the Rector quality considered most important and a 6 representing the Rector quality considered least important.

(2)   The second set of responses (“Type 2 Responses”) was where each Rector quality was ranked from 1 to 6, with 1 representing Rector qualities considered most important and a 6 representing Rector qualities considered least important.

Both sets of responses are presented in final order of importance. Additionally, the definitions of each skill are provided separately for reference.

SECTION 3: YOUR PARISH - PRESENT AND FUTURE

Section 3 was meant to evaluate where you believe our parish currently is and where you believe our parish will be in the future. Each of the 30 questions presented two opposing views. Parishioners were asked to provide two responses to each question based on their level of agreement with each presented view similar to Section 1 questions. One response was to represent how we currently view ourselves (“Present”) with respect to the opposing views and one that best describes our goals and aspirations (“Future”) with respect to the opposing views. The numbers shown in the tables are the total number of parishioners who selected each Present (“P”) and Future (“F”) response.
